RESORT INFORMATION
Park Labs was established to create a freestyle community and circuit, similar to the longstanding tradition that ski racing has. Well-run freestyle programs can grow to nearly 70% of the size of ski race programs, a feat accomplished at resorts Park Labs staff have managed in the past, with a solid freestyle system. However, finding and retaining charismatic lead freestyle coaches who also possess organizational skills can be challenging. Park Labs offers a solution that doesn't rely on a single charismatic coach.
Through our Core or Powered by Lab options, resorts can implement a comprehensive freestyle program with management support, ensuring continuity and growth even when staff changes occur. Our proven model has successfully been delivered at resorts, generating revenue to offset park construction costs and fostering a dedicated community of athletes who will hit your resort from your opening day until you shut down in the spring.

Core Labs
At our Core Labs, Park Labs manages the entire freestyle program, from registration, coaching staff hired and managed through Park Labs, insurance coverage for the program, parent meeting/education session, weekly parent/athlete updates and social media presence. All while providing athletes with a comprehensive training regimen and fostering a supportive community of park riders and skiers.

Through Powered by Labs, Park Labs offers support for existing freestyle programs
or assists resorts in establishing their own program. Acting as Head Coach, Park Labs provides our Bunsen sticker curriculum system, comprehensive training sessions for coaches, both pre-season on-snow and weekly via Zoom throughout the season.
Our support extends beyond basic coaching skills; we also offer guidance on freestyle coaching pathways, event judging criteria, and strategies for training athletes to excel in competitions and beyond. Finally, we support coaches with social emotional skills to support freestyle athletes and how to work with athletes over a full season.
