Where park programming starts! Build the skills. Build the confidence.
Build your freestyle foundation.

Performance Lab is where every Park Labs athlete starts. The focus is on developing
the movement patterns that great freestyle riding/skiing is built on.

Whether you’re new to the terrain park or looking to sharpen your fundamentals,
athletes progress through Park Labs’ proven coaching system while developing
confidence, consistency, and mountain awareness in a fun, supportive environment.
Throughout the season, athletes work on freestyle fundamentals.

Every session combines coaching, creative challenges, and plenty of riding/skiing to maximize learning while keeping athletes engaged.

Athletes also have the opportunity to participate in
It Came From the Labs!
events throughout the season.

TEAM LABS

Mount St. Louis Moonstone

Dec 12/13 – Mar 6/7

Ride and ski more. Progress faster. Train together.
Team Lab is designed for athletes who are ready for a higher volume of riding/skiing,
advanced skill development, and competition-focused coaching. Athletes spend
the day refining freestyle fundamentals while building the consistency and confidence needed for larger features and competitive environments.

Athletes will compete in the
Collingwood Groms Series throughout the season,

It Came from the Labs! events.
Whether the goal is provincial competition or simply becoming one of the strongest
riders/skiers in the local park, Team Lab provides the environment to get there.

SESSION LAB

Mount St. Louis Moonstone

12 weeks (Sat only)

Ride together. Progress together. Make every lap count.
Session Lab is a new pilot program designed for snowboarders who want to spend more time riding with athletes their own age while continuing to build freestyle skills in a fun, progression-focused environment.

Built around plenty of park laps, video review, and individual coaching, Session Lab gives riders the opportunity to develop style, consistency, and confidence while riding with a crew that shares similar goals.

Instead of progressing through individual Bunsen skill stickers, athletes work toward earning the Park Labs Logo in Silver, Gold, and Rainbow by mastering groups of freestyle skills
throughout the season. The focus is on quality movement, consistency, and developing a riding style that reflects each athlete's personality.

Athlete can participate in the
Collingwood Groms Series throughout the season, with
opportunities to compete in
It Came From the Labs! events. Saturday coaching is included with the program. As this is a pilot program, athletes wishing to attend Sunday events may do so by registering for additional event coaching.
